Craft: Designer Napkins

                                  Say "It" With Your Napkins!

Oh, how we love the little details of a party! The hostess displays colorful, personalized, napkins and you are so impressed that you want some for your upcoming party.....until

you find out how much those little things cost, and how easy and affordable they are to make! For those of us budget savvy, diy girls, who want the look without  emptying the pocket book, we have the answer for you here!

Go from these colorful but not "party" personalized napkins in no time!

All you need to start off with are some Dollar Tree napkins in your theme color. If you are like us, we always have extra napkins leftover that we stash away for the next party. Dig those out of your party supplies to use and save even more money!

You will need your themed rubber stamp(s) you already have, or stop by Michael's $1.00 bin
and pick up a couple.

Colorful ink pads to match your theme.

Start off by making sure the napkins are clean, dry and unwrinkled as much possible.

Choose your stamp(s) and color(s) of ink. Ink up your stamp well, and after deciding placement, press firmly on to the napkin without shifting the stamp around. Take up the stamp and admire your designer napkin! Store your designer napkins in a large zip lock bag, flat.

So, remember the next time you are ready to celebrate and you are tempted to buy some personalized napkins, much money you will save, how much fun it will be to be your own designer, and how many compliments you are sure get from your party guests!
of course its up to you if you tell them who the designer is!

As always  keep it Homespun, and show us what you come up with! Send pictures to:
