Easter: Kids Table

 Homespun Ideas For You!

We thought we would share our budget savvy, Homespun ideas for creating a few simple elements for a kids Easter Table using Dollar Tree items, and things you can find around the house. Decorating

on a budget does not mean you can not have an inivting and festive celebration! Here are our simple, budget friendly ideas:

We used plastic Easter eggs from the Dollar Tree,{ you probably already have these in your Easter stash already,so dig them out and put them to work for you!}, and placed them inside a dessert dish we had.
Colorful, cheery and festive!
Fill the eggs with Dollar Tree candy or stickers, or things you have on hand, and have an Easter egg hunt at your party!
Not only do you have a table centerpiece for decor, but, later into the party you have an activity for the kids, and, another little treat for them as well!

We dressed up these Dollar Tree carrot suckers we found with item's we had by adding a green gumdrop and tied them up in a treat bag with green yarn.
Now, the sucker is serving double duty as a child's party favor and table decor! Love those double duty creations!
We used our Cricut machine to cut out a bumble bee and used it as a decoration and as a place card. Either placing the bee on a straw or.......

Attaching it to the stick of the carrot sucker works well both ways.
