Damask Candle Set

Black White, Damask & Sparkle!

Mother's Day Gift Idea # 4

    Timeless black, white and damask add a touch of class and sophistication to our budget savvy candle set!
This gift idea is sure to please even the hardest to shop for!
This is what you need for this project.

Candle plate {ours is from the Dollar Store}. Candle {ours is a flame less candle we found at our local Grocery Outlet for $3.00!}.Black spray paint. Damask wrapping paper. Crystal rhinestones. Hot glue gun. Mod Podge.

Spray paint the under side only of your candle plate.  Let dry. Trace a piece of the damask wrapping paper to fit the inside on the candle plate. Apply the wrapping paper with Mod Podge to the candle plate inside. Apply a coat of Mod Podge to the wrapping paper. {this may be all you need, we applied a second coat of Mod Podge}
Let dry and move on to decorating your candle.

Using your rhinestones apply a small dot of glue to the back of the rhinestone and quickly apply to your candle. {Too much and things start to melt}

                                And there you have it!

Mom is sure to love this homespun with love gift from the heart!
We hope we have inspired you!
Remember, keep it Homespun!

The Lord lives!
Blessed be my Rock!
Let the God of my salvation be exalted.
