Mother's Day is May 8th!
This year we are focusing on homemade from the heart Mother's Day gifts! Mother's really love and appreciate a gift that is from the heart and hands of their children, we certainly do!
We will be bringing you a series of gift ideas to help make gift giving, budget savvy and Homespun With Love,
using things you have around the house or from the Dollar Store!
To start things off, we made up some scrapbook paper gift cones
and we will be filling them with mom friendly items found at the Dollar Store.
These cones are easy, fast and fun to make!
We simply used: Scrapbook paper we rolled into a cone shape and hot glue together. Punched a hole on each side of the cone and threaded a piece of ribbon through to make a handle.From there we got out what embellishments we had and started embellishing!
This is a great way to use up your odds and ends of this and that!
We look forward to seeing you then!
Remember, keep it Homespun!
The Lord is my rock and my fortress
and my deliver;
My God, my strength, in whom I will trust;
My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
Psalm 18:2
