Robins Eggs & Nest Craft

 Feeling a little blue?!

 This little craft project is sure to brighten up any room and your spirits with it's cheerful Robin's Egg blue color! Easter is so full of hope, life and color! So lets get happy and hopeful shall we.....

Gather your supplies:
Medium-Small grapevine wreath{found at Michael's}
Craft eggs {found ours in the seasonal section at Michael's}
Excelsior {found at Michael's}
Robins Egg blue paint {found at Walmart}
Craft bird {found at Michael's}
Paper bag {lunch size}

Color your Eggs:
Place a couple of drops of paint into the bag. Place the desired number of eggs you want to color into the bag. Give the bag a good shake or two. Place the bag down on a protected surface and tear open the bag. Leave the eggs on the bag to dry.
{Ours did not stick to the bag when they were dry}.

                          Build your nest:
                    Place your wreath on a protected surface and place a nice amount of Excelsior onto the wreath. Play with it so it has a natural nest look about it. {you may want to cut a piece of cardboard and glue underneath the nest to keep the stuffing neat}.
Place your beautiful, cheerful blue eggs and the bird in the nest!
                                                      {yes, the eggs are larger than the bird!}

                               Don't you feel happier already?!

                                 We hope you are inspired!
                             Remember to keep it Homespun!
