Crock Pot Chili

Easy Crock Pot Chili! We love cooking with our crock pot all year round. They are great during the hot summer months when you can pop all your ingredient's into it in the morning or the night before, and be on your way for a day of fun with the kids!
When you return home......dinner is ready!

What You Will Need:
1 lb. lean ground beef {leave out for a vegetarian chili}. 1 15oz. can of corn drained. 1 15oz. can of Pinto beans drained. 1 15oz. can black beans drained. 1 6oz. can tomato paste. 1 box Carroll Shelby's Chili Mix. 1 small bell pepper seeded and diced {we prefer the red, orange or yellow over the green}. 1 small  sweet     onion diced. 3 large carrots diced. 1 cup of water.{may need more if you like a loser chili}.

How To:
Place all ingredients in crock pot. Set on low and go have fun while your meal is cooking!

Enjoy topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream.
Serve with homemade cornbread or gluten free corn tortilla chips.

We hope you are inspired to get out the crock pot and put it to work for you this summer!
