Pesto Pasta {Gluten Free}




What's for dinner tonight?! Seems we all struggle with that question from one time or another!
 Here is a fast and easy, gluten free pesto pasta recipe your family is sure to enjoy!
 With only five ingredients, who wouldn't love it! 

What you will need:
2 bunches of fresh garden or store bought basil washed
3-4 cloves of garlic peeled
1/4 cup olive oil {may need to adjust up or down depending on amount of basil}
Gluten free pasta
Fist full of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste


                                            How To:
                                  Place all the ingredients in food processor except for the olive oil. Put on the lid and pulse 3-4 times to get things started. Turn on food processor and start drizzling in the Olive oil.

                            Continue to process until your mixture looks similar to ours below.
                                       Cook and drain you pasta and pour in your pesto sauce.


                                      Toss, serve and enjoy!

                           
       Serve with a nice tossed green salad, some garlic bread and glass of wine!
