Cookies & Milk:{Peanut Butter/Chocolate Chip GF!}

Homemade cookies and milk!
 Remember coming home from school and
being greeted with the intoxicating smells of home baked cookies?
How it some how made you feel all loved inside?!
Those are the little things we can do now for our family
to create a warm inviting home, and instill those fond memories in our children!
A home where our children are nourished and loved. A place they will always remember.

While grocery shopping we came across this gluten free cookie from  Hodgson Mill and were happily surprised since normally this in only sold in specialty stores or online! We followed the directions and added in our own 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup peanut butter chips and a teaspoon of almond extract since we were out of vanilla.

 They baked up nice and golden brown pretty! Be sure not to over bake GF baked goods or they will be extremely dry.
 We served ice cold, vanilla flavored HEMP milk in our little milk bottles.
 HEMP milk is lactose and diary free.It has OMEGA 6 and OMEGA 3 for extra nourishment. Give it a try!

Remember the glass cupcake pedestals we posted awhile back?
We decided to use them for our GF cookies!

Whether eating gluten free or not, baking up some homemade cookies for your family
to come home to speaks to the heart of love!
Create  Homespun memories we all long to have and remember!

The lions may grow weak and hungry,
but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.
Psalm 34:10
