Jam, Jelly or Jelly-O?
We had fun using our mason jars for our cherry Jelly-O we served as part of our
We love how the mason jars look with the red Jelly-O showing through,
and how the red bandanna adds a vintage feel to the overall table setting.
What You Need:
This simple, inexpensive and appealing idea can be adapted to suit any theme you may be working with.
Mason jars. Jello. Bandanna. Lace. Spoons.
How To:
Have clean, dry mason jars. Measure bandanna to fit on jar, cut as needed. Same for lace. Set both aside. Prepare Jello according to directions. Fill mason jars with Jello and let cool some before covering with
plastic wrap and refrigerating.
Once Jello has set up, place seal and lid on mason jar.
Position bandanna onto top of jar.
Tie bandanna on with lace. Secure spoon on side of jar.
Serve or place back in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Next time you need to make Jello, why not serve it up pretty in a mason jar!
We hope you are inspired! Remember, keep it Homespun!
The wicked borrows and does not repay,
But the righteous shows mercy and gives.
