Healthy Choice:{Orange Bliss Parfait}

Smart indulgence! Maybe you are like us and want to make smarter choice's when it comes to the after dinner indulgences.
We will probably never give up entirely cupcakes and all the sweet treats we love,
however exercising a little self control couldn't be all that bad!
With that said, here is a little something we whipped up for a smarter dessert indulgence.

So simple, easy and tastes pretty good too!

You gotta love a dessert that only requires two ingredients and no prep time!

                        What You Need:
                                          Honey Crunch N' Oats cereal {Trader Joe's or another}
                                          Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt 6 oz. carton 1 per person
                                          Parfait or sundae glasses

How To:
Sprinkle a little of the cereal in the bottom of the parfait glass.
Empty the entire carton of yogurt into the glass.
Top with some more cereal.
Garnish if desired.
Serve immediately so cereal stays crunchy

We are choosing to call this a dessert, of course it could be eaten for breakfast or as a snack too!
