Satisify your chocolate craving! Trying to live an healthier lifestyle?
It is not always easy especially if you have a sweet tooth, I know!
Thankfully, it does not mean having to entirely give up some of your favorite frozen confections.
We put our thinking caps on and came up with a "healthy" peanut butter fudgesicle!
Now you can have your cake, or in this case, fudgesicle and eat it too!
What You Will Need:
1 13oz. can lite coconut milk. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 3 Tablespoons natural, no sugar added peanut butter or almond butter.1/4 Agave nectar.
1 cup vanilla almond milk.
Paper cups. Wooden sticks or spoons. Plastic wrap. Tray to fit in freezer.
How To:
Place all ingredients into blender. NOTE: You may want to add less cocoa powder at first ,blend and taste and add more if desired. We like the full 1/4 cup in our recipe. Puree until smooth.
Place paper cups on tray and fill cups. Place a piece of plastic wrap over cups.
Insert the sticks through the plastic wrap so that they stand up. Freeze.
Makes 8 in 5oz. Dixie cups.
We hope you are staying cool and enjoying some healthy popsicle recipes this summer!
