This smoothie has all the flavors of a traditional homemade apple pie
with the delicious flaky crust, cinnamon spice and sweetness!
When you are craving some apple pie, try this out and see if it doesn't do the trick!
Apple Smoothie Recipe

Homespun With Love Adaptations:
2 cups unsweetened LF almond milk
1 cup unsweetened, natural applesauce
2 Tablespoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
To your liking: Tofu
Place all ingredients in blender.
{optional} ice if desired.
Blend together about 30 seconds
Serve and enjoy!This a a very healthy smoothie: Vegan, gluten free and no refined sugar.
