Trick~Or~Treat Candy Sticks

Sweet candy sticks! We really love making up our own fun, festive candy sticks! With the candy selections available in the grocery store from season to season to choose from, you really don't have to by the pre-made candy sticks any longer. Gather up the kids and the treats and have some fun!

We used candy corn marshmallows found in the craft store. Peeps ghosts and jack-o-lanterns found at Target. Orange slices and peach rings from the drug store. We already had the skewers {we keep a stash on hand}. Stamped our message onto card stock, threaded a piece of ribbon through a whole and made our own favor tag.

We used clear treat bags to place the candy sticks in and tied them up with our ribbon favor tag.

Love the little ghost and jack-o-lantern faces! Not too spooky for younger children.

These are great as Halloween party favors, classroom treats, kids in the neighborhood treats or just a nice little trick~or~treat surprise for the family! We hope you are inspired to sweeten things up a bit and make your own candy sticks this Halloween! Remember, keep it Homespun!

The glory of young men is their strength,
gray hair the splendor of the old.
