Recipe Wednesday:{Pumpkin Pudding Pie}

Easy Little Dessert. What would the Thanksgiving feast be without the tried and true pumpkin pie?! Keeping holiday food traditions while wanting to add an element of something new is not always an easy task. While considering how we would deconstruct the "pumpkin pie", we put together a very simple recipe that offers all the flavor and the texture of the pumpkin pie, deconstructed!

This is what we came up with. Pumpkin Pudding Pie. Using just a few ingredients with only a few steps involved. What you will need is:1 large box of instant vanilla pudding. 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree or canned pumpkin. 1 package of Keebler Graham Ready Crusts. 2 cups of milk.{sub rice milk if desired} 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.

 Open and have ready to fill the Keebler Ready Crusts. In a medium bowl add the pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice and mix. Add the milk and pumpkin puree and blend together for 1-2 minutes with a whisk. Pour into ready crusts, cover and refrigerate until set and ready to serve. Prior to serving add a little sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and a scoop of whipped cream. Enjoy!

  These are the perfect size for children and for adults wanting portion control portions.

We hope we have inspired you to try a new pumpkin pie recipe this Thanksgiving! Gooble! Gooble! Remember, keep it Homespun!

I will speak of Your testimonies
also before kings,
And will not be ashamed.
