Winter Mantel

Sparkling Winter Mantel. Do you go from Christmas decor back to normal, or do you celebrate the Winter Season by decorating with wintry elements?! We are the type who does celebrate and decorate for the Winter. We love of look of white sparkly snow, icicles hanging in the snow covered trees. As we turn inward during the Winter, the peace and stillness of the season, beckons to bring its beauty indoors for us to enjoy through creative expression.

Christmas time brings out the traditional colors of red and green, with red and white candy canes, gingerbread and  holly. Now, Winter brings the clean, white look of fresh fallen snow, icicles and snowflakes that cause us to turn inward and reflect on where we were and where we would like to go.

And so with that in mind, we will cease from commenting until the end of the post and allow the beauty of the Winter elements to speak to you.

Do you feel a little more peaceful now?! We hope you are inspired to celebrate Winter by decorating with it's elements in your home. Be inspired, get creative!

Sing to God, sing praise to His name,
extol Him who rides on the clouds-
                                       His name is the Lord-
                                       Psalm 68:4
