Natural Remedy: Peppermint For Headaches

Are you looking for natural remedies for the things that ail you? Exploring the world of herbs for their healing and restorative properties is something we have started to do more of. Instead of turning to the medicine chest for a pill, we are looking to Gods garden of healing herbs and plants to help us.

After recently suffering from a hormonal headache, and researching a natural holistic remedy to give some relief, we were surprised to learn the Peppermint was one of the best natural help aids.

Peppermint is used for nausea and headache: Peppermint oil is a good home remedy for relief from nausea and headache. Applying peppermint oil in diluted form on the forehead is known to remove headache. Source

To make a have on hand headache remedy you will need: 100% Pure Peppermint Oil. Olive, or Grape Seed oil or another carrier oil

In a clean dry bowl mix 1 tablespoon carrier oil and 7-10 drops of Peppermint Oil.

Using your finger, dad it into the mixture and apply it gently to your forehead and temples. Give yourself a gentle massage. The Peppermint Oil is comforting and invigorating. Save any remaining solution and keep it in a clean dry container.
DISCLOSURE: We can not guarantee that each person who tries this headache remedy will get relief.

Why not try Gods healing garden next time you need a little help with what ails you. Be inspired, get creative!

Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord,
The fruit of the womb is a reward.
