More specifically, the ingredients in our Love Potion is what is good for your heart. We did a little creative magic mixing of this and a little of that, and made a healthy for your heart, pretty and tasty Love Potion No.9 we would like to share with you.

The main heart healthy ingredients in this Love Potion are: Pomegranates and Cranberries. Here are some health facts for you to consider.

Pomegranates are full of antioxidants. These are vitamins and enzymes known for keeping low-density lipoprotein (LDL) or “bad” cholesterol from oxidizing and causing atherosclerosis, or hardening of the arteries. Organic pomegranate seeds act a lot like aspirin, keeping blood platelets from sticking together and forming dangerous blood clots. {source}

A member of the Ericaceae family, cranberry is native to North America. Known for helping to prevent urinary tract infection. Prevents tooth decay and helps the cardiovascular stytem. {source}

And now here is the recipe
