Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread

Spread some pumpkin love!  Happy to have you join us here today! Please, pull up seat and help yourself to a muffin and spread a little, {or a lot} of pumpkin cream cheese spread on it!

We have a very simple recipe to share with you today. With familiar ingredients that taste like Fall!

Instead of buying flavored ream cheese spread, make up a fresh Fall spread yourself. 
Simple, quick and deliciously homemade!

This can be made vegan by using vegan "cream cheese" instead of regular.

We love cream cheese on bagels, but we really love  cream cheese on freshly baked gluten free chocolate chocolate chip muffins in the morning! 

We used our favorite gluten free bake mix and added to the recipe, unsweetened cocoa powder, agave nectar to replace honey or refined sugar and added in some dairy, nut, soy and gluten free chocolate chips to the batter. Yummy!

We like to split open our still warm muffin and slather on pumpkin cream cheese and take a big bite! Heaven!

Since it is pumpkin season, we love a good cup of pumpkin spice tea with our morning breakfast.

Pumpkin cream cheese would also be excellent on carrot bread/muffins, pumpkin bread/muffins and more! time to experiment a little.
