"Welcome" Halloween Wreath

Time to welcome in Halloween.  And welcome to you as well! Our wreath this Halloween was made all from items we had on hand and cost us nothing but about 45 minutes of our time! Impressive! So far for this Halloween decorating theme we have spend just about nothing, and we like it that way!

The wreath frame we used one an old grapevine wreath we dug out of the attic that had seen better days. We simply removed the Fall decor on it and started with a clean work surface.

In the linen closet we came across an old, but in good condition, black and white dust ruffle that we cut apart and than into strips to tie onto the wreath frame.

We just kept going with the strips of material until we got a nice full look.

Last season we painted some orange pumpkins white, and just touched them up a bit this season to use them on our wreath. A little hot glue stuck them right on.

The affect of the wreath takes on somewhat the look of a bunch of bats don't you think?

Who knows what Halloween spooks may be lurking in this wreath.

As we say welcome to Halloween, and to those who enter our home, we say thank you for stopping by today to have a look at our Halloween wreath and you are always welcome back!
Be inspired, get creative!

People do not despise a thief
If he steals to satisfy himself when he is starving.
Yet when he is found, he must restore sevenfold;
He may have to give up all the substance of his house.
Proverbs 6:30-31
