White Pumpkin Decor

How we love the white pumpkin. There is something a little more mysterious and  drawing  with the white pumpkin than the traditional orange pumpkin. While they both are dear to us, as you can see, the white pumpkin won out this Halloween.

Maybe it is just the simple fact that we love black and white and that is all the explanation we can offer.

Using a candle stand, we turned it into a white pumpkin, crow, spider and web display.
We used a mix of real and fake white pumpkins. It is super easy to transform a non-white pumpkin into a white pumpkin by painting it with white craft paint. You will need to apply several coats until you get the coverage you like. Make sure to allow the paint to completely dry between coats.

Spiders seem to love white pumpkins as much as we do and are always finding a little spot to rest on.

Mr. Black Crow, thank you for  your  watch over our pumpkins.

Decorating with white pumpkins has limitless possibilities. You can use them foe Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas if you desire!

However you decorate this Halloween season, make it your personal style and have fun. Most of all,be inspired, get creative!

A soft answer turns away wrath,
But a harsh word stirs up anger.
The tongue of the wise uses knowledge rightly,
But the mouth of fools pours forth foolishness.
Proverbs 15:1-2
