Upcycled Napkin Rings

Something pretty for the table.  Do you need napkin rings for this years Thanksgiving feast but not wanting to come out of pocket to have them? Do what we did, make your own from materials you already have on hand and help in the "keep things green" lifestyle, Every little bit helps!

We are hosting Thanksgiving this year and are keeping with a natural, neutral tables cape palette. So many things can be made using tp/paper towel rolls and that is the foundation of our upcycled napkin rings.

What we used:
TP or paper towel rolls cut to preferred size.
Lace. Twine or string. Napkins. Double sided tape.

What we did:
Measure and cut to fit your lace to your tp roll.
Secure lace on the roll with a piece double sided tape.

Cut off a length of string/twine to wrap and tie around the ring.

Tie sting into a pretty little bow.

Insert your napkins and ready for the table setting!

Depending on how rough guests and family are on the napkin rings, they can be used again for another occasion.

Sometimes we put more pressure on ourselves to make our Holiday tables look like those beautifully, pricey tables we see in magazines. While they are nice, we have found that the simple touches can be and are nice too.
Be inspired, get creative!

All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes,
But the Lord weighs the spirits.
Proverbs 16:2
