1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries.
1 cup dairy free milk such as rice milk, almond milk, hemp milk, soy milk.
Agave or sweetener of choice add to your personal taste.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend. Check for sweetness. Adjust if needed.

Dairy free yogurt. Protein powder.
