Winter Candle Scape

Something to light the way.  Candles just play a huge part of our Winter decor and for that matter, lifestyle.

We made up a Winter candle scape for our dinning room and set it right near the window so that when the Winter sun shined in, it would touch the candle scape and make it sparkle with Winter magic.

The ease of making this candle scape was found in the items we already had. Again, nothing to buy.

We used our  white platter as the base or tray. Then we added our flame less white pillar candles to the tray.

We choose snowflakes from our collection to add to the making of the candle scape.

Using a stray piece of tinsel garland added another little bit of sparkle.

A few vintage icicle's and silver bead garland were added and gave more of the icy cold Winter feeling we were going for.

Have you brought some Winter decorating into your home?

We are enjoying the quiet nights with the Winter candles burning. We hope you are enjoying your Winter nights as well.

A brother offended is harder to win than a strong city,
And contentions are like the bars of a castle.

Proverbs 18:19

  2. Beautiful! My mom gave me some battery lit candles for Christmas...they're wonderful and smell like vanilla when turned on. I now need to pull them together in an arrangement like yours!
