Gluten Free Easter bread

Is there one thing you need to incorporate into your Easter planning, that without it, your Easter would not be complete?

We have such fond memories of Easter bread at Easter, we would have to say this would be that one thing.

And even though these days we are a cleaner diet, by eliminating gluten, we can still have homemade Easter bread thanks to the recipe from The Baking Beauties.

We decided to make little individual breads in a muffin pan instead of a large loaf. We decorated the tops with a thin powder sugar glaze and a few sprinkles.

To the glaze we added lemon extract and vanilla and it tastes just like Spring!

If you need a gluten free Easter/Paska bread recipe head on over to The Baking Beauties. They have many other gluten free recipes as well.

He stores up sound wisdom for the upright;
He is a shield to those who walk uprightly;

He guards the paths of justice,
And preserves the way of His saints.

Then you will understand righteousness and justice,
Equity and every good path.

Proverbs 2:7-9
