Monster Marshmallow Pops {Allergy Free}

We got a little help from our friend Mr. Bones to help serve up some allergy free Halloween Monster Marshmallow Pops!

These pops will surely give those children with food allergies a chance to feel like they too can have something special for Halloween and fit in with everyone else.

Gluten free. Dairy free. For those special little monsters!

Mr. Bones is so happy that you are here today and would like to offer you a Monster Marshmallow Pop!

To make these monster pops you will need: Dandies Gluten free, dairy free marshmallows, Enjoy Life chocolate chips, paper straws cut in halve. Sprinkles if desired. Candy eyeballs. {these can be used primarily as decoration and taken off before eating if there is any concern}.

Begin by inserting the paper straws gently into the marshmallows and set aside. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Melt chocolate chips. We used about half the bag with a teaspoon of coconut oil.

Dip marshmallows and add sprinkles if using.

Place each pop on the parchment paper and set the tray in the refrigerator to set up, about 10 minutes.

Remove pops from refrigerator and using some of the left over melted chocolate, apply a little dad on your pops with a tooth pick where you want to apply the candy eyes and place the eyeballs on the pops.

Place back in refrigerator another 10 minutes. Remove and serve or store in a large glass jar on the counter top for up to 1 week.

We just love the colorful, happy little monster marshmallow pops! Even happier we can serve an allergy free Halloween treat to our family.

Don't forget about classroom parties. These would be a big hit and the kids could help out making them the night before!

A righteous man may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all; he protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken.
Psalm 34:19-20
