Well, the count down to Christmas is on!

So, to start things off, you need to get our Advent Calenders or Wreaths together. Check out what we are using in our home on the mantel and table arrangement.
We just love and adore all the inspiration in today's post and hope you do too.

But mostly we hope your creativity is sparked to create a beautiful and family tradition memory. It's not too late!

Make Your Own Advent Candles

Here is Advent project number two. You can see Advent number one here in case you missed it.
Just could not go without a Advent candle wreath this Christmas. There are many beautiful ways to make such a candle wreath. We went with black, red and white, a little Washi tape and chalkboard tags.

Advent Mantel Garland

We hope your Thanksgiving was full of family, friends, blessings and a thankful heart!

We are sharing our Advent Mantel Garland with you today because the countdown id ready to start and we don't want to miss one single day!

You still have time to put an Advent project together before day one hits, and even if you were a day or two short, we won't tell!

Give Thanks Thanksgiving Favors

As a token of our appreciation and thankfulness to our family members, we made up these Give Thanks Favors to place at our Thanksgiving table this year.

It is so nice to give a little something. Nothing too fussy or over the top. Just simple and to the point.

Grain Free Pumpkin Cranberry Bread In A Can

Who says bread can only be baked in a pan?!
We love creating outside the box.

Not that this has not been done before by others, we just find it fun and refreshing to do things a little differently around here.

That is why we made Grain Free Pumpkin Cranberry Bread In A Can.

Make Your Own Pumpkin Beeswax Candle

Just because it is "everything" pumpkin this time of year doesn't mean it has to all be food related. Why not make up some pumpkin beeswax candles for your Thanksgiving gathering to use as table decor or as take home favors.

Homemade Hot Chocolate Sticks /gluten dairy free

Oh for the love of chocolate and loving it even more on a stick!!! Our Hot Chocolate Sticks, {with marshmallows too!}, are dairy and gluten free and are perfect for this time of year.

As if a mug of hot chocolate was not a splurge in and of itself, but how much fun is it going to be to have a hot chocolate stick for the kids and turn up the fun, way up!

Easy Glittered Leaves Wreath

We look forward every Fall to seeing the dance of the leaves. You know the dance the leaves perform on a windy day as they are being slowly blown off the trees and carried across the earth, whirling, spinning and never complaining.

In honor of that dance of the leaves, we made a Glittered Leaves Wreath to celebrate that joyous time we so love.

Velum & Ribbon Candle Wraps

Do you realize how easy it is to change out your candles without having to buy new candles?

We probably already mentioned this somewhere in one of our posts, but here we go again... making candle wraps is one of our most favorite crafty things to do because it is soooooo simple, inexpensive, offers a lot of versatility and the end results are very nice!

For our Thanksgiving  table centerpiece decor we came up Velum & Ribbon Candle Wraps.

Healthy Carmel Corn

Do you cringe when you come across a food, be it a treat or savory food, that has been reconstructed and deemed healthy?! Truth be told, we have... but... we are learning more and more that they are all not bad.  Especially when you make them homemade.

Like this Healthy Carmel Corn recipe today.

We were really happily surprised with the end result. One family member said it reminded them of cracker jacks!

Only we did not add any peanuts... this time!

Metallic Sequin Candle Holder

More sequin crafting today. Did you happen to catch our Sequin Pumpkin yesterday! Since we had quite a bit of sequins left over we had to put the rest to use.

We dug out a tall candle votive holder that we originally silver glittered a couple Christmas's ago and gave it the old one two sequin makeover!!!

Sequin Pumpkin

We have had this glitter pumpkin for several years now and it has held up pretty well for being made of foam and spending a Fall or two on the front porch.

So we glued down the stem that broke and decided to add some metallic sequins around the top to give it a bit of a face lift.

Homemade Chocolate Pudding

Yum yum would you like some?!!! If you are a fan of chocolate pudding and want to avoid all the junk in most store bought puddings, than do we have the recipe for you!

Of course you will have to make it yourself, but that makes it all the more special. Today's recipe comes from our newest cook book, The Paleo Chocolate Lovers Cookbook by Kelly V. Brozyna, blogger of The Spunky Coconut.

Pumpkin Pie Sugar Scrub

If you are loving everything pumpkin this time of year as we are, than you will love having a homemade Pumpkin Pie Sugar Scrub to use on rough hands, feet and other body parts.

Feel good using this sugar scrub since the recipe is made up using all organic quality ingredients. Why put nasty chemicals on our body when we really don't have to.

Pumpkins & Acorns Welcome Wreath

We gave an old wreath new life again! You may have seen this wreath around here before. But we thought instead of buying a new wreath form, we could spruce this old one up with a coat of fresh spray paint, some metallic pumpkins we already had and a few new Target dollar bin acorns and turn it into a Pumpkins & Acorns Wreath for Thanksgiving!

Mini Pumpkin Bundt Cakes With Maple Cinnamon Glaze ~ gluten, grain, dairy free

Anything mini and pumpkin is sure to catch our attention! And wouldn't these be cute to add to your Thanksgiving dessert table!

These mini rustic looking pumpkin bundt cakes are from the grain free gluten free cookbook we own and love,

The recipe in the cookbook is for donuts, but we thought we would pull out the mini bunt pan and use that instead to make Mini Pumpkin Bundt Cakes for Fall!

Thanksgiving Thankful Mantel

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever! Let Israel say, “His steadfast love endures forever.” Let the house of Aaron say, “His steadfast love endures forever.” Let those who fear the Lord say, “His steadfast love endures forever.” Out of my distress I called on the Lord; the Lord answered me and set me free.
Psalm 118:1-18

God gave you a gift of 86,400 seconds today. Have you used one to say “thank you?”
– William A. Ward

If the only prayer you said in your whole life was, “thank you,” that would suffice.
– Meister Eckhart

For each new morning with its light, For rest and shelter of the night, For health and food, for love and friends, For everything Thy goodness sends.
 ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
