Homemade Chocolate Pudding

Yum yum would you like some?!!! If you are a fan of chocolate pudding and want to avoid all the junk in most store bought puddings, than do we have the recipe for you!

Of course you will have to make it yourself, but that makes it all the more special. Today's recipe comes from our newest cook book, The Paleo Chocolate Lovers Cookbook by Kelly V. Brozyna, blogger of The Spunky Coconut.

And here is a look at the cover of the cookbook. The photographs are beautiful and make you so hungry!

Above is the the yummy recipe for the homemade Chocolate Pudding. You may want to double the recipe so you have extra!

Please excuse the little finger smear in the soft velvety chocolate pudding, someone was naughty!

We love a little sprinkle of organic cinnamon on our chocolate pudding.

Maybe a little sprinkle of cocoa alone or mixed with cinnamon.

However you eat it you will be glad you did!

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

  1. Does the recipe give the fat and calorie count for this recipe. Also, where did you find the dates?
