White Winter Mantel

Transitioning from Christmas to Winter in our home decor. All the Wintry white and frosty silver are now placed about. Time for reflection and making plans and being hopeful as to what this New Year will bring.
So this is our White Winter Mantel.

We made Wintry snow covered trees with cardboard shaped cones and wrapped garland around them.

A silver tray with a heavy dusting of "snow" for the trees to sit on.

We love this old wreath and pull it out regularly to use somehow in our Winter decorating.

Using an old dish, white miniature trees and some fake snow, we made two Winter scenes for the Winter mantel.
One on each end.

Ever since we received these vintage glass ornaments a couple of years ago, they are one of our Winter pretties we look forward to taking out and displaying.

We thought filling some tall glass vase jars with Wintry snowflakes, stars and icicles it would give the illusion of those things frozen in Winter ice.

Just a few more Winter baubles we love.

Are you enjoying a white Winter?

He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him.
