White Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie

Roses are red, violets are blue, today we have a delicious recipe for you!

If you like white chocolate and raspberries, and like your smoothie on the healthier side, than this one is for you!

We mentioned a while back that we are enjoying recipes from this Paleo cookbook.

And today's recipe is one of the recipes from the book.

Shhhh, you know we did a little personalization to the recipe too.

In case you are have trouble reading the recipe above it is:

1oz. cocoa butter {this is the white chocolate of the recipe}
1 heaping cup frozen raspberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or 1 can full fat coconut milk or 1/2 cup of each
Juice of one lemon
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon raw honey
any additions of personal preference {we added Goji berries}

Over a double boiler add and melt cocoa butter. Remove when melted and set aside. In a blender add all the other ingredients, adding the cocoa butter last. Blend until well pureed.

Our addition was the Goji berries and we always like to suggest using organic ingredients whenever possible.

Such a pretty natural Valentine pink color!
