Vintage Easter Wreath

We dug around our box of old saved craft projects and came across a vintage garland we made one time out of vintage sheets...the idea came to us to dismantle the garland...and use the material to make a Vintage Easter Wreath.

Using a Styrofoam wreath form, we wrapped pieces of the vintage garland material around it, and secured them with straight pins in the underside/back.

Next we pined on some ribbons and strips of the garland. We pinned on a vintage gift tag over the ribbons.

We stamped Happy Easter onto a blank hang tag and secured it to the wreath with a piece of twine.

Not bad for for an up cycle!
And....we can easily remove all the wreath elements and start over with a blank canvas for another project!

Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought.
Jeremiah 17: 7-8
