Chocolate LEGO Men

Boys! Boys! Boys!...and their love of LEGO'S.
Guess everyone loves LEGO'S!

Putting together Easter basket ideas for boys?
We are.

Well think outside the basket this year with something still chocolate...but not a bunny...
Chocolate LEGO Men with peanut butter filling!

We found this cool LEGO man mold on Amazon.

Once the mold was all washed clean and dry, we melted these organic chocolate chips with a teaspoon of coconut oil on a double boiler.

Next we painted the inside of the mold with the melted chocolate and a clean paint brush and placed the mold in the freezer to set up.

While the chocolate was setting up we used about 1 cup of organic peanut butter and blended in honey of agave to taste to sweeten the peanut butter.

Once the chocolate was set up we added some peanut butter mixture to the mold and than more chocolate and put them back in the freezer.

After about 15 minuets they were ready to be removed from the mold.

The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.
