Shabby Chic Rose Cans

We love shabby chic and it's pretty femininity  it lends to decorating.

We also love decorating up cans into something pretty too!

It has to be one of the easiest and economical ways of crating and making a statement.

We made these Shabby Chic Rose Cans in honor of Spring and Easter.

To make your own Shabby Chic Rose Cans you need:

Clean, dry cans

Paper measured and cut to cover the can(s) such as wrapping paper or scrap book paper

Rose embellishments. We used our Anna Griffin card making rose embellishments for our cans.

Lace measured and cut to go around can(s)

Hot glue

Twine or ribbon as accent on can(s)

Trim for top of can. We used a piece of metallic trim form scrap book supplies.

Fresh roses to fill the can(s)

Begin by covering can with paper using glue.

Next add the lace than the trim.

Glue on rose embellishment and tie on the ribbon or twine.

Add your roses!

We used three different rose designs beginning with the can above.

We found these gorgeous roses at Trader Joe's! Stunning...and the lavender rose is just breathtaking.

I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Galatians 2:20
