summertime ~ Tropical Fruit Popsicles

There is still plenty of time left to squeeze in some Summertime Popsicle eating!
Even when Summer is past, and we are having those warm Autumn days... we are still eating homemade popsicles.

For now, we are enjoying the Summer flavors of
Tropical Fruit Popsicles and we hope you will enjoy them also!

Tropical Fruit Popsicle Recipe

1 bag organic Tropical Fruit blend ..a blend of strawberry, banana, pineapple and mango { we used Trader Joe's} slightly thawed

1 cup organic watermelon cut in cubes

1/2 cup organic coconut cream

Liquid sweetener of choice to taste { we used Agave}

Molds

Directions:

Place all the fruit and juice into blender.
Add coconut cream.
Blend and taste for sweetness. Adjust if needed.
Pour mixture into mold and freeze.

Icy, cold, sweet and tart...a little creamy from the coconut milk...yummy!!!

For you moms with an adventurist spirit...try adding some organic spinach, beets or any other veggie to add even more nutritional value.

The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.
