Rustic Thanksgiving Snack Pots

Snacking  before the big Thanksgiving feast is part of the gathering tradition, at least in our family. We decided to not only but thought into the quality of the snacks we put 0ut pre-feast, but also wanted to make the vessel holding the snacks meaningful too.

Our Thanksgiving Snack Pots made from peat pots keep it rustic enough and the stamped sentiments convey our heart thoughts.

\
To make Thanksgiving Snack Pots you will need:

Peat pots
Unbleached parchment paper
twine
Rubber stamps & ink pad
Snack(s)

Directions:

Decide on what you want to say on your pots and stamp the pots.

Cut off a piece of parchment paper to line the inside of the pot with and place inside the pots.

Cut off a length of twine and tie around the pots.

Fill pots with snacks.

We chose a nice harvest mix of assorted nuts and cranberries.

Set these pots where family will gather for a little snack until the feast begins.

You could also use these pots at each place setting as a marker and a favor.

Happy Thanksgiving snacking!!!
