To Your Health: {Colorful Veggie Cones}

Serve colorful veggies in a cool way! Snow cones may taste good on a hot summer day, but they offer nothing in the way of nutritional value. So we decided to keep some part of the snow cone alive, by serving up some colorful, healthy, chilled veggies and cool ranch dip
 in a cool , fun different way!

If it is true that you eat with your eyes first, than these veggies cones will be gone in no time!
We are sure this can be said of kids and adults alike!

What You Need:
Fresh, clean colorful veggies.
Carton on light sour cream. Ranch dressing mix dry packet.
Colorful snow cone paper cones. Sundae glasses. Mini Solo cups.

                                                     How To:
 Slice veggies into strips. Mix up Ranch mix and sour cream. Place snow cone paper cone in the Sundae glass. Mix up the Ranch dip. Place 1-2 scoops of dip into the Solo cup using an ice cream scooper. Place the dip cup into the snow cone cup. Arrange the veggies in the snow cone as desired. Place in the fridge to get good and chilled. Present to your family a healthy, cool veggie cone!

                     These would be fun served at a birthday party as part of the birthday lunch.
                        Especially if the party theme is "Snow cones" or "Ice Cream"!
 With just a little imagination and creativity, you will have your family eating more veggies!
                                             Remember, keep it Homespun!

                                                        Teach me Your way, O Lord,
                                                        And lead me in a smooth path,
                                                        because of my enemies.
