Easy Cooking:{ Sesame Noodle Bowl}

Quick and tasty! We recently came upon a new blog, Cooking With K, and could not wait to try K's recipe for Sesame Noodles! The recipe's ingredients are easy to find in the grocery store and not too expensive.  You may just decide to forget ordering take out when you see how easy, quick and delicious this recipe is!

Sesame Noodles
Adapted from: Cooking With K

1 16oz. package linguine pasta, cooked and drained
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
5 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
4 tablespoons canola oil

5 green onions, sliced thin
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili sauce, and canola oil.  Taste and adjust to your liking.  Pour over cooked noodles and toss being sure to coat evenly.  Garnish with green onions.

Adjustments we made:
 eliminated the hot chili oil{don't care for it}
 used multi grain spaghetti pasta.
Olive oil instead of canola oil.
{This could be made gluten free by swapping out the pasta and soy sauce for gluten free varieties.}

This makes a great side dish or main course.

We hope you will this recipe and try!
 K has a lot more recipes you may want to check out soon too!
