Autumn Colors:{Mantel Wreath}

Leaves. Apples. Sunflowers.
As summer fades in to Autumn, we can take our decorating cue from Gods bounty
as we find beautifully colored leaves, dried sunflower heads and the bountiful harvest of crisp apples.
This Autumn we are gracing our mantel with the glorious Autumnal colors of deep purples, oranges, greens and deep reds found in apples, leaves and sunflowers.

Refreshing an old wreath
Do you want to bring Autumn decor into your home but not want to spend a fortune to do so?!
 That was our goal. What we did was to freshen up last years wreath by using some silk flowers and harvest picks we already had, and by purchasing some seasonal floral bunches {where you get multiple blossoms} that we broke down for decorating three Autumnal craft projects!

Last years wreath went from this.....

To this years wreath!!!

Be budget savvy and re use what you already have. Take last years Autumn decor and deconstruct it into this years beautiful Autumn home decor! You will be surprised by what you come up and how little, if any, you needed to spend to freshen up what you already have! Don't forget to look around outdoors for the best, natural Autumn decorations money CAN'T buy!
We hope you are inspired to create with the bounty of Autumn! Remember, keep it Homespun!

Homespun With Love

Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim You,
who walk in the light of Your presence, O Lord.
